Mission Statement

Flint Springs Elementary creates a positive atmosphere where students feel safe and accepted; acquire essential academic skills, believe in themselves in their pursuit of becoming responsible, productive citizens.

School Improvement Action Plan
Goal #1: By Spring of 2011, 80% of the students in grades K-2 will meet their individual NWEA RIT target growth as set by NWEA and benchmarks in DIBELS.

Goal #2:
By Spring of 211, 80% of the students taking the ISTEP+ will meet Indiana Academic Standards in Reading Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, and Literary Response & Analysis, as measured by the ISTEP+ assessment.
